Clear Terms For Our Roofing Warranty
A written warranty for both labor and materials - no vague claims. Below we explain what the warranty covers, what it doesn't, and how to make a claim.
What The Warranty Covers
- The quality of the work we perform - precision of installation, execution of details, waterproofing connections
- Compliance of materials used with the manufacturer's specification
- Performance of ventilation and moisture-control solutions as designed
Split Between Labor And Material Warranty
Our labor warranty covers installation quality - if a defect results from incorrect execution. Material warranties (for example, the manufacturer's warranty on the covering or membrane) are provided by the relevant manufacturer under its own terms - we help prepare and submit such claims.
What The Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage resulting from incorrect use or a lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by third-party interference (for example, work carried out on the roof by another contractor)
- Damage from natural disasters and extreme weather events exceeding the designed load (for example, an exceptional hailstorm)
- Normal material wear and tear unrelated to the quality of the work performed
Conditions For Proper Use
For the warranty to remain valid, we recommend following basic maintenance requirements - regularly checking that the gutter system drains freely, avoiding mechanical damage to the covering, and reporting any noticed defects promptly. We describe these requirements in more detail in the warranty document you receive after the work is handed over.
How To Report A Defect
- Contact us through the website's request form and describe the defect you've noticed
- We agree on a time to inspect the site
- We assess the cause of the defect and whether it falls under the warranty terms
- If the defect is covered by the warranty, we fix it at no additional charge within the set timeframe
What You Receive After The Work Is Handed Over
- A written warranty document with specific terms and timeframes
- Photo documentation from every stage of the work - structure, details, and covering
- A list of the materials used, with manufacturer information
Photo documentation is an important part of the warranty process - it lets us precisely identify how a given detail was executed, should any questions arise in the future.
