A Clear Six-Step Roofing Process
From your first request to quality control and handover - every step is transparent and documented, so you know what's happening with your roof at all times.
Receiving Your Request
Fill in the form on our website - we'll contact you within 5-10 minutes during working hours. We'll confirm the basics: the address, building type, and which service you need.
Initial Assessment of the Site and Your Needs
We discuss your situation in more detail - the current roof's condition, your preferred covering or structure type - and agree on the most convenient time for a site visit.
Site Visit and Measurements
We come to the site, take measurements, inspect the structure (where relevant), and photograph the existing condition. This step is free of charge and comes with no obligation.
How to prepare for the visit: provide access to the attic or roof space if possible - it speeds up the assessment.
Preparing the Solution, Materials, and Quote
We prepare a detailed quote with material and labor line items kept separate. We explain why a particular solution was chosen and answer all your questions before work begins. See also our explanation of how pricing works.
Organizing and Carrying Out the Work
We agree on a start date, protect the area around the site, and begin work. If additional work turns out to be needed during the project (for example, damaged structure found beneath the old covering), we always agree it with you before proceeding - the quote never changes without your approval. The site is tidied at the end of each day.
Quality Control, Photo Documentation, and Handover
Before handover, we carry out a full quality check - confirming the detail work, covering, and ventilation solutions meet spec. You receive photo documentation from every stage of the work, written warranty documents, and a fully cleaned-up site with no debris left behind.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Process
Photos help form an initial picture, but we only prepare an accurate quote after an in-person site visit - it's the only way to properly assess the structure, access, and number of detail points.
We state the quote's validity period individually on each quote - typically it's valid for several weeks, accounting for material price fluctuations.
In some cases, yes - we'll discuss the options during the site visit, taking your situation and the specifics of the work into account.
We plan the work around the weather forecast and only expose as much of the structure as we can close up the same day. If conditions change unexpectedly, we put temporary protective covering in place to shield the structure from moisture.
